Engagement

If the proposal is acceptable, WVA will prepare an engagement letter setting forth the parties’ understanding regarding the analysis to be performed, purpose fees, and timing, and documentation required. WVA’s formal engagement begins with its receipt of an executed engagement letter and retainer.
